Bachelor of Information System
The Information System study program is one of the bachelor study programs at the Faculty of Computer Science, the University of Amikom Yogyakarta. Professional skills could be learned and developed by anyone. A business analyst, programmer, UI / UX designer, startup founder, and content creator specialist will be attainable in the Information Systems Study Program.

Financial Technology (Fintech)
Proficient in creating information systems that can transform the business model from conventional to moderate. Fintech aims to facilitate the public in conducting financial transactions through online, improve financial literacy, and generate financial inclusion. The establishment of Fintech in Indonesia leads to several models, for instance, Payment Gateway, Digital Wallet, Wealth Management, Social Crowdfunding and Lending. Through Fintech, students can analyze the system requirements by applying accounting and financial theories, designing and building a mobile and web-based information system in UI/UX design. Thus, they can solve problems in buying and selling transactions and online payments to support the development of the creative economy.
Digital Business
Information system supports business activities digitally, which changes business activities from
offline into online. Digital Business is a business activity that uses technology to create a product or market. The implementation of digital business is not only related to the sales of computer software but also all types of online and offline businesses using a website or application. The development of digital business penetrates the business intelligence that involves machine learning, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. Through Digital Business, students able to create digital business transaction products based on the creative economy.
Creative Multimedia
Multimedia is a media in which various forms of information elements, such as text, graphics, audio, video and animation, support conveying information more excitingly. It could become an interactive communication instrument or entertainment for its targeted audience. The current trend is applying each element of multimedia that influence its development. Able to implement on all mobile platforms and websites, multimedia create interesting graphic elements to produce an eye-catching user interface and provide attractive information about how video shoot and editing were made. In the future, multimedia can be used as an interactive and tangible communication method combine with technology, augmented reality, and virtual reality. By studying multimedia, students able to create products that can creatively provide interactive information.
STUDY ASSESSMENT IN UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE (S1) OF INFORMATION SYSTEM
- Completed a minimum of 144 credits consists of:
- 100 compulsory courses
- 8 credits of main focus course
- 36 credits of elective courses
- GPA minimum of 2.00
- “E” mark is prohibited
- Number of credits with “D” mark is no more than 25% of total credits
- Accomplish the undergraduate thesis
- Minimum “C” mark is obligatory for the subjects below:
