Mr Emha Taufiq Luthfi, ST. M.Kom  is a teaching staff from Amikom University. His current position is Dean of The Faculty of Economics and Social. He ever gave a workshop at Haute Ecole Albert Jacquard in Belgium.

Overall objectives of the mobility:

  • Exchange of expertise: this will create an improvement in the knowledge of both institutions, of the incoming teacher and of the Belgian teachers that will host him.
  • Cultural exchange: this will be an opportunity to compare two very different cultural approaches to computer graphics
  • New techniques: as the institution will host an expert in his domain, his expertise will inevitably bring new knowledge to the students and the teachers participating in the workshops

Added value of the mobility (in the context of the modernization and internationalization strategies of the institutions involved):

  • Each institution will develop its internationalization and improve its international reputation
  • There will be a positive impact for the reputation of the institutions
  • Already existing contacts between the 2 institutions will be improved : up to now, the mobility had been more about making contact and job shadowing
  • Exchange of best practices (methodology, graphics knowledge, etc) leading to improved practices and curriculum
  • Teachers who will not have the opportunity to go to Indonesia will still be able to have professional exchanges with the incoming teacher
  • This allow a transfer of experience to other potential partners
  • This also allows a better training of young graduates that will be open to internationalization and more autonomous, so more ready to develop their own activity and so contribute more actively to the economy.
